Damaged, Broken, or Lost Parts

If you damage, break, or lose part(s) of a toy, please reach out to us ASAP. We understand that accidents happen and will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Subscription Changes

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. We want to make sure you have a flexible and enjoyable experience with us!

DELIVERY AREA

We offer delivery across Perth metro. We travel between Joondalup and Mandurah regions. Please reach out if you want to know if we can deliver to you.

POSTAGE

We offer sustainability by re-using cardboard boxes and want to reduce costs where possible.

The cost of postage is a flat rate of $12 within our delivery coverage area.

Save on delivery with package collection. Let us know if you’d prefer this and we can share our location.

RETURNING TOYS

Please check each package before we collect them, making sure each toy has all the bits and bobs that came with it. Please return each item in its drawstring bag and place them inside the box.

Want a Therapack? Yay! Here’s everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, and returns. We’ve kept it simple, so you don’t have to stress!

🚀 Ordering Your Therapack

• Place your order by the third Saturday of the month to get your pack for the next month.

• Example: If you want a Therapack for April, make sure to order by March 22nd (third Saturday of March).

📦 Delivery Day

• We send out Therapacks on the first Saturday of the month.

• Example: If you ordered by March 22nd, you’ll get your Therapack on April 5th. Exciting! 🎉

👋🏼 Time to Say Goodbye

• Subscribers: Monthly Therapacks get sent out on the first Saturday of the month. All you have to do is leave out your previous Therapack so we can make the “switch” so you can enjoy new toys.

• If you cancel your Therapack, you can do this at any time. However, your Therapack will need to be returned on the last Saturday of the month.

• Just leave your pack in a safe spot outside for us to pick up!
