• Who Can Join? Anyone is welcome to join! If you’re a therapist, teacher, parent or someone with a love for play and toys, this is the place for you.

• Choose Your Preference: We offer different toy packs to suit your needs.

• Fees: The convenience begins with a membership fee, due monthly at the start of your subscription.

• Please note that fees are non-refundable. It’s an investment for your time and energy!

The Toy Packs 📦

• At Theratoys, we understand the busy hustle and bustle on the grounds, whether you’re a paediatric therapist, a professional working with children, or a parent. We created our service in hope to take some of this load away from you!

• As such, we want to curate a toy pack at your convenience to ensure that you can have access to fun, fresh and exciting new toys each month without contributing more to landfill.

• Have nowhere to store toys? One convenient monthly delivery also means you can focus on using your curated pack, reducing your cognitive load in your already busy life.

• Our service is intended to be convenient and economical, with access to versatile and fun toys that can target a range of play and educational purposes.

• Please note you agree to the accept the resources received in your pack. The nature of curated packs may result in you receiving a toy that you already own. Please contact us through our website to provide this feedback so we know for the future.

Caring for Your Toys 🧸

• Treat our toys like your own! We trust you to keep our toys safe and treat them with love and care. Please notify us if something breaks.

• Please return all toys from your pack in the same condition as you received them. We get it — life can be hectic and we understand resources can experience a little bit of wear and tear from play!

How to get your Therapack 🚚

• Our service is intended to be at your convenience, and as such, we will deliver your paid toy packs direct to your door at the start of the new cycle period during the first Saturday of each month.

• Each Therapack = $39.99 + $12 delivery

• Alternatively, you are welcome to personally pick up your toy pack from our base in Cockburn. We will provide you with a scheduled time slot to come in person to pick up your pack from our base. This will be on the same day as our delivery day of the month.

For our Theracircle (subscribers)

• Delivery service: When we drop off your new TheraPack on the first Saturday of the month, we will also pick up your previous-month’s Therapack. Please have your Therapack somewhere accessible for us to collect (i.e. outside your doorstep) between 12-5pm. This means, it is your responsibility to get your pack ready and leave it in a safe location outside.

• If you prefer to drop off your toy pack to our home base in Cockburn, please message us in advance so we can make arrangements.

Uh-Oh, Late Returns and Fees 💔

• When we arrive at your location and your pack is not ready to go outside for us to pick it up, we will have to charge a friendly late return fee of $5. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this affects you.

• If the entire Therapack is not returned after 5 days from scheduled collection date, it will be considered lost and you will be charged at the monthly subscription of $39.99.
